Commissions

The Commission for Policies and Strategies is hereby created. Members of this commission are appointed by Executive Committee to assist it in the preparation of policies and strategies. They meet at least once in six (6) moths or anytime it is deemed necessary.
The Commission for Procurement Procedures is hereby created. Members are appointed by the General Assembly and should be taken from experts paid by ROLS. Their number should never exceed three (3) persons. They report to the Executive Committee and a copy is transmitted to the Auditing Committee.
They assist the Executive Committee to the preparation of procurement procedures of the current laws.
The Commission for upgrading programs is hereby established. Members of this
commission have the duty of establishing upgrading program to enhance the capacity of members and employees. They meet once in six (6) months or anytime it is deemed necessary.
